We’re making some exciting changes to our app. As we do this, you will notice that you will no longer be able to make purchases with some of your favourite retailers.
To make way for these exciting changes, we’re stopping new credit applications and purchases using the AppToPay finance product from 1st August 2024.
If youre an existing AppToPay customer, you will still be able to log in, view/download your important documents, and make changes to your personal information.
Any V12 Retail Finance agreements you may have, won’t be affected by this change.
AppToPay is a credit product that provides you with an interest free credit limit to use for purchases between £100 and £500, letting you spread the cost of a purchase over 3 months, with no deposit needed. The beauty of this product is that, subject to available funds within your credit limit, you can make further purchases without any further applications or credit checks. The handy thing is that multiple purchases are allowed at one time until you’ve used your balance and combined into one Direct Debit payment.
